Methodology- Simply put, our guards are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents, and employees, letting the public know that we are there for them, therefore generating a feeling of community and safety.
All our Technical staff are PRISA and SAIDSA approved most of our cameras have a License Plate Recognition system which is monitored by our control room with an option of Android / IOS software. We work hand in hand with Vuma cam who are linked with SAPS data base. If a vehicle is flagged for criminal activities, it pops up from our control room that alerts SAPS and our Tactical Team on the ground to intercept the suspected vehicle.
